Jordan oversees daily operations, including client onboarding, account maintenance, and the development and implementation of standardized processes. Prior to joining ACIMA, Jordan was the Client Service Manager at a Boston RIA where she provided high-touch concierge services.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, and drinking room temperature water.
